Have you guys ever have this thinking that some of the FLs brought by the OKTs here are actually ladyboys?

Now with all the advance technology, even the adam apple can be removed.

You cannot be wrong with the above. Something to do with the anatomy of the human body.

I read about this waist-rib or waist bending inward/outward thingy a few times. Are there any pictorial explaination of this?

Take this picture for e.g.:

I then check out some of the FL photos.... they TOO have elbows above the rib cage... hmm... but most of them are!

So how really to tell positively? Please give some photo examples....
