It is true... but then again, Serangoon Gardens is considered an up-market area.. price not likely to be those of the HDB estates.

I personally do not go frequently... only once in a while just to satisfy my own curiosity..

But went to one spa there.

Looks new, quite clean but expensive.

Top up $50 for auto roam. Top $50 to release.

Edit. Can google out the place easily. Their website show their therapist but discount 35-40% from the picture.
