Deported for using fake education certs

Dear bro,

Need advise here.
Got a friend of mine was deported back to PRC after served her jail terms of two weeks recently for working in a firm here using fake education certs.

For how long will she be banned from entering Singapore again?

Or just check with MOM ?

My friend's parents had rented out their rooms to some PRC workers several years ago. Similar case as yours. One of them was found out to be using a fake education certificate. But she did not get jail time but was only fined $4K and sent back to Guangzhou. My friend was surprised to bump into her at Bugis last year again as he thought that she was banned from coming to SG.

Apparently she was banned from returning to SG as she had tried for 5 years to come back but was always denied a visa. Her passport expired and when she renewed it, the replacement passport had a new number. She tried again and was surprised her application for a visa was approved. So she came to SG and that was when my friend bumped into her again at Bugis.

I think our ICA record system is not 100% up to date or foolproof yet so sometimes a few lucky ones do get through the net.

Wow that's a loop hole for allowing them to be back again so soon.

FT are here to stay liao..noticed lots of retail shops and eatery now own by PRC and their work force majority also from home town...

Please try to get more details. I would like to report her to the authorities. These sorts of rotten characters will pollute Singapore society and need to be disposed of asap.
