YMMV = your mileage may vary.

Means what other bros get = maybe you won't get with the same WL.

Basically is just like how you choose them from fish tank; WL they also got their own preference (i.e. looks, hygiene, attitude, etc...) If they like you, then maybe they also willing/okay to service more, put in more effort.

If they don't like you, then they can always get away with providing you minimal SOP + lie down like dead fish. Earn your 1 time $$ for visiting her.

Hence, YMMV.
