Not bad. But need to do be able to do marathon and research different positions so both get to work out.
Main aim is not to orgas but achieve the difficult positions at a sustainable pace.

We tried wheel barrow. Quite good for core muscle.

Max number of times I shot in 1 meet up was 2 times morning, 1 time afternoon, 2 times evening and 1 time next morning.
