Just go to any private colleges pay RM 10,000 for course fee, then you will get student pass. Simple as that.
But if your friend is a chicken by occupation without proper / genuine secondary school cert or over the age limit of 30, you may consider to hire your friend as GRO's for work pass. Last option is marry your friend, and get a LTVP.
