Short story - short tour before I start my new job

As mentioned previously in my other thread, i have quit my job and move on to the new job.

Many people might say that I am a job hopper but realistically, I have to think for myself. If my progresssion got stuck due to my supervisor (and. Ot my working capabilities) then I will fuck off the company and jump ship.

Luckily I managed to find another job doing sales line which I am comfortable at. But the work will start in the following month.( which means I have nearly one month break)

With that I decided to go on a tour to Korea, however I am going there alone and first time going to Korea so not really understand anything. Then I decided to sign up for a last min tour package and luckily manage to find one and will be going there for 9 days.

Happily packed my stuff and during the actual departure day I finally get to meet my tour mate. They are mostly elderly in their 40s to 50s. Oh well, I Guess those youngsters only go free and easy rather than tour group

I was pretty much alone in that tour group because all of them go with their friends or Wife. But for me I am just going to chill and relax

Finally flew to Korea!

Finally flew to Korea!

For the first day there it was pretty much waiting and waiting for transport and few sight seeing, then on the night when I was about to go back to my room, a Uncle in my tour group came to me

Uncle: ah girl ar, you come alone ar

Me: yes

Uncle: why never come with your Friend? Come alone very boring one leh

Me: just want to relax alone so that why come alone

Uncle: ohhh okok, have fun ar, anything Just knock on my door

Me: okay thanks!

The Uncle then went back to his room and I went to my own room.

At night, I could hear lots of weird sound from the room as it is quite creepy but I force myself to sleep and ignore the weird noise (probably cause by wind)

At the very next day of the tour, the Uncle's Friend feeling unwell and decided to go back to Singapore. The tour guide arrange the flight for him so that he can go back.

So with the Uncle alone, he came to sit with me throughout the second day of the tour.

At night we went back to our room to sleep. But the sound of the wind makes it scary and suddenly I hear a loud bang and it scares the hell out of me!!

I quickly find that Uncle room and knock his door

Me: knock knock... hi Uncle are you asleep?

The door opened

Uncle: what's wrong?

Me: I heard something in my room

Uncle: really? I help you check

We went to my room and only hear some sound cause by wind.

Uncle: aiya this sound cause by wind nia la, no worry. The bang sound maybe someone drop something

I was still afraid.

Uncle: or you want to come to my room and sleep? Mine is a double singles.

Without hesitate, I agreed

Then we proceeed to the Uncle' s room.

When going into the room, I saw a stack of Korean won on the table ( seems quite a lot)

Me: Wah Uncle, you rob Korea bank ar

Uncle laught and said: no la these are the cash that I going to use to buy tonic and gifts probably casino

Me: you going casino now?

Uncle: yea, u take a rest first once you sleep then I go down

Me: okay

Not always but sometimes I do look for it
